ABKANT BENDING

Abkant bending is a sheet metal forming technique that bends the sheet metal between two molds and brings it to the desired form at different angles.
In order to perform the work done on press brakes in a quality, fast and easier manner, many parameters such as the length of the material to be bent, its thickness, type of material, working height and angles must be calculated very well. There are separate molds for each bending and bending molds with different geometries are used according to each bending angle.
GUILLOTINE CUTTING

The cutting of a metal sheet that is difficult to cut is called guillotine shear cutting. The cutting process in guillotine shears has the same principle as the scissors we use in our daily lives. Guillotine shears have double blades. These blades are divided into two as fixed and movable. While the lower blade is fixed; the upper blade is in motion. There is a gap between the lower and upper blades that cut. This gap varies according to the thickness of the sheet to be cut. For this reason, it is also called double-sided.
